Pre-Order Policy – Important Information
At MyDices, we offer pre-orders to give our customers early access to upcoming and limited-release products. However, due to the nature of these products—especially those subject to distributor allocation—it is important to understand the following:
1. Pre-Order ≠ Guaranteed Delivery
Placing a pre-order does not guarantee delivery. While we strive to fulfill all pre-orders, actual fulfillment depends on the quantity of product allocated to us by the distributor, which may be lower than anticipated. This allocation process is beyond our control and can affect availability at the time of release.
2. Final Order Confirmation Before Release
To maintain clarity and transparency:
One week prior to the official release date, customers will receive a final order confirmation email from MyDices.
This confirmation email serves as a binding commitment that we will fulfill your order as expected.
If you do not receive a confirmation email by that time, it means your order may be affected by allocation limitations, and we will contact you accordingly.
3. Full Refund in Case of Unavailability
In the event we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to lack of availability:
We will promptly refund the full amount paid in advance, using the original payment method.
You will also be notified directly and offered the option to stay informed about future restocks or similar products.
